Laxfield – dog incident

Police are appealing for information after a man was bitten by a dog in Ubbeston Woods, near Laxfield on Tuesday 21 October at sometime between 9-9:30am.

The victim was walking his own dog when he encountered another man walking a large black Labrador dog. It is reported that the Labrador bit the man’s hand causing a deep wound. The owner is described as a white man, 60-65 years of age, 6 foot 3 inches tall, big build with grey hair.

Police are asking any witnesses or anyone who may have seen the incident or know the dog or its owner to contact Suffolk Police quoting crime reference 37/60349/25 via –
